Packaging
Every Cube Root product is vacuum packed for freshness, with the exception of the 200g carton pack. We deliberately do not seal to the tightest possible vacuum. Cashew kernels are delicate, and an over-tight seal crushes fresh kernels, with the breakage worsening during transit. Our packs are sealed with slight wiggle room, which keeps the cashews whole and protected on the journey to you while staying vacuum-sealed for freshness.
Delivery Timeline
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 4–10 business days depending on your location.
Unserviceable Areas
If your delivery location is not serviceable by our courier partners, your order will be cancelled and the full amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
