The grade tells you the size of the whole kernel. The number is how many kernels make up one pound, so a lower number means bigger cashews. W180 is the largest and rarest grade, often called the King of Cashews and the one to choose for eating whole, serving and gifting. W240 is large and versatile, and W320 is a medium kernel suited to cooking, kaju katli and cashew paste. Every grade we sell is whole kernels only, never splits or pieces. Cashew grades explained.
We don’t offer refunds or exchanges on food products once an order is placed, because opened food cannot be resold safely. Yes. We supply W180, W240 and W320 to shops, sweet makers, bakeries, caterers and companies, in 10kg buckets or retail-ready packs. There is no minimum order, larger quantities get better rates, and we usually send a quote within 24 hours. For corporate gifting, our 1kg and 500g containers need no extra wrapping. Yes. Our cashews are 100% natural whole kernels with nothing added: no preservatives, no salt, no polish and no roasting. We process and pack them ourselves, so we know exactly what goes into every container. How we make your cashews.
All our packs except the 200g carton are vacuum sealed for freshness. We seal them with a little deliberate wiggle room rather than drawing the tightest possible vacuum, because an over-tight seal crushes delicate fresh kernels and the damage only worsens in transit. A slightly relaxed seal keeps your cashews whole and fresh.
Unopened, our vacuum packs stay fresh for six months and more. Once opened, keep the cashews in their airtight container in a cool, dark place; for longer storage, the fridge keeps them fresh for up to six months and the freezer for a year or more. How to store cashews.
